Good to Know
- A warm coat is recommended during the winter period and a raincoat during summer. A good pair of walking/flat shoes are also recommended
- People with walking difficulties will not be able to reach the Abbey (many steps)
- On September 19 and 20, the Mont Saint Michel Abbey will take part in the European Heritage Days. During these two days, admission to the Abbey will be free of charge and visits will be self-guided
